2012 The MovieIt's November 13th 3am here in Guam, and I just finished watching the midnight showing of 2012 the movie. Roland Emmerich delivered with the cinematography and the storyline. Unfortunately for the US mainland, you will have to wait at least another 21 hours before it will be available for showing. I will have the full plot available after the showing is complete for the US mainland. I enjoyed the movie and I believe you will too!
The movie is coming soon to theaters with an opening date of November 13, 2009. I can't wait! For those fortunate enough to view a sneak preview, please let me know about it. I can tell you that I will be one of the first ones in line on opening day.
I just love disaster movies, especially ones that depict the end of the world. This one has come at the right time because of extended network coverage of the apocalyptic prophecies foretold by the Mayans, Chinese, Nostradamus and many, many more cultures. The year 2012 is just right around the corner and coincidently there is a lot media hype on the Mayan calendar . I'm sure that this will be a winter blockbuster. The movie stars John Cusack, Danny Glover, and Amanda Peet. Roland Emmerich directed this movie. He also directed Independence Day and The Day Afte Tomorrow. This picture is released by Sony Pictures Entertainment. In the meantime, here is the trailer:
